Good afternoon!  I'm sure that you will hear exciting news from your student today after school.  Today we had a new student join our class.  His name is Ralph and he moved here from Kuwait just 10 days ago.  I am so proud of how EVERYONE welcomed him to room 17.  Ask your child how all of this ties into what we have been reading about in our literacy block!
